Contest Rules

Because of the effort and cost put into this contest, by submitting your photos you agree to give Party Boating exclusive rights to the photos for no less than three months, and in the case of contest winners, exclusive rights for six months. This means that the images you submit cannot appear on another Web site for the periods defined above. Of course, if for any reason we choose not to use your images the above exclusive rights do not apply. You also agree that any images sent and posted may remain posted for as long as Party Boating desires.

Submissions that have been submitted previously to another site will not qualify on Party Boating.

Contest submissions that are not selected for posting to Party Boating will be deleted. We reserve the right to reject any submission without explanation. We will not discuss the reasons for not selecting a submission for posting. Submissions not selected for posting in the bikini contest will not be used for any other purpose.

Submissions received during the calendar month shall be eligible for the following month. For example, submissions received in July will be entered in the August contest.

Bikini contest postings shall begin on the second Wednesday of the month and end on the second Wednesday of the following month.

Contest winners will be contacted within two weeks after the conclusion of the month in which their submissions appear.

We will email the winner and advise them of the fact they won the contest for the respective month. Please do not contact us before we have contacted you. After you have been advised that you have won the contest for the month, we will mail your cash prize.

We can post up to forty pictures in one gallery. Please try to fill a gallery with a submission. Send as many pics as you please. The more you send the more we have to choose from and the better your chances to win.
